Our team is looking for a skilled IT professional to join our ranks as a Senior System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Your expertise in desktop and server operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, will be crucial in resolving complex technical problems.

We require the ideal candidate to have experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and APs. Knowledge of Active Directory, RMM, and PSA tools is also essential. Additionally, the successful applicant should be able to write compelling proposals for technical solutions that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems. Experience with cloud migration, cybersecurity protection, and network solution design and architecture will be highly valued. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and web portal
  • Provisioning and system setup for new hires
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to resolve support requests
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate
  • Install and configure hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices
  • Ensure company safety and security standards are met
  • Network and server solution design and architecture
  • Migrate on-premises servers and IT infrastructure to the cloud
  • Enable advanced tools and processes to provide cybersecurity protection
  • Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers across Windows & Linux platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7 Windows 10 Server 2008 Server 2012 Server 2016 Server 2022 and Mac OS
  • Experience writing proposals for technical solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems
  • Active Directory knowledge and experience
  • Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and APs
  • RMM and PSA Experience
