Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as Senior Vice President. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive digital transformation within the training function, ensuring our organization thrives in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies aligned with our organization's overarching goals.
  • Promote the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across our organization.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across our workforce.
  • Develop and oversee innovative digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.
  • Evaluate and select digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet our organizational needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation.
  • Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Design an effective Training strategy and facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies.
  • Ensure all training programs align with our business objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business
  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
