Lead a Digital Transformation Team

A dynamic leader is required to spearhead the technology backbone of a prominent hospitality brand.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day delivery, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment. The successful candidate will:

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Infrastructure & Applications
    • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) across 60+ properties in India.
    • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
    • Partner with business functions to enhance guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
    • Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring network reliability and uptime across multiple locations.
    • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks tailored to India's regulatory landscape.
    • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Project Delivery & Business Support
    • Lead the execution of IT projects, focusing on timely, cost-effective delivery.
    • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables and escalate strategic alignment issues.
    • Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, tracking performance against SLAs.
    • Support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development
    • Lead a team of 6-8 IT professionals, focusing on service orientation, performance, and growth.
    • Develop digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
    • Foster a collaborative culture for smooth technology adoption.
  • Innovation & Digital Enablement
    • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge).
    • Leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
    • Champion green IT practices at the operational level.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in multi-property Hospitality, Travel, or Related Service Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications and demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India, with experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
