Key Role: Data-Driven Decision Maker

As a Business Intelligence Engineer in TSE Operations Analytics, you will leverage analytical solutions to provide insights into support operations and measure global technical support initiatives.

You will transform operational data into actionable insights for TSE leaders and engineers worldwide, managing critical datasets for support metrics, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves building real-time dashboards, automated reporting systems, and data quality frameworks. You will work with stakeholders to implement analytics solutions and drive data-driven decision-making.

You will optimize query performance and translate findings into recommendations to improve support efficiency and customer experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and analytics pipelines using AWS services.
  • Build automated, self-service reporting capabilities and dashboards using BI tools like QuickSight.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data products.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and create analytical models to uncover trends and support data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation and code optimization.
