Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Business Intelligence Specialist to contribute their expertise in data analysis and visualization.

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting transaction data, developing insights, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

This position requires collaboration with both business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights into current performance and future opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and visualize data to inform customer behavior patterns and produce comprehensive reports with actionable advice.
  • Design experiments to develop targeted recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics that support product growth strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as BI, finance, engineering, statistics, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with expertise in Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools like Tableau or similar Business Intelligence software.
