The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating reports to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders. This includes consolidating financial, operational, and business data into dashboards and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and external sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform trend, variance, and root cause analysis on key business KPIs to provide actionable insights to management.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track business performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards for different business functions to facilitate transparency and accountability.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Suggest and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Key Competencies/Skillsets:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI.
- Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics.
- Attention to detail with ability to interpret large datasets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
