Job Description:

  • As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in contributing to technology innovation for a leading American fleet management and automotive services company. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear business flows, technical specifications, and implementing changes in systems/user account settings.
  • Technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of an implementation is also part of your responsibilities. You will perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • Maintaining the overall system, including data loads, backups, and restores, is another critical aspect of your job.
  • You will manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals. Creating and maintaining end-user documentation, including internal processes, is also required.
  • Additionally, you will manage and maintain third-party apps and make recommendations on tools that provide better user experiences and efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Maps and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
  • Advanced skills in software development and data analysis are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
