Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of our organization's day-to-day human resources operations, while contributing to its strategic growth and development.

The role requires someone who can balance multiple tasks including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and serving as a bridge between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions (sales, site, back office).
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems based on key results areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute engagement initiatives (festivals, recognition programs, team activities).
  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
