Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the overall HR function, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring effective employee engagement.

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles will be managed with meticulous attention to detail.
  • End-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes will be streamlined, guaranteeing seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances will be overseen with precision.
  • Performance appraisals, attendance tracking, and HRMS tool management will be executed efficiently.
  • Employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events will be driven proactively.
  • Exit formalities will be conducted professionally and in a timely manner.
  • This role requires strategic HR partnering with management while being approachable to employees.
  • Organizing employee engagement events and promoting a positive work culture is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong professional with 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition is required. Prior experience in Real Estate HR is advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills are essential.

  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery is mandatory.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
