  • Documented feedback is given based on audit findings.">
  • Weekly calibration calls are attended to ensure alignment with client/internal requirements.">
  • Training sessions are conducted as per requirement within specified timelines.">
  • Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests is essential for improvement.">
  • Database management, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis are critical tasks.">
  • Motivating associates through effective management, career development, and implementation of reporting mechanisms is vital.">
  • Process transactions are performed on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process.">
  • Maintaining Competency requires undergoing TTT certification and staying updated on new products.">
  • TNI is performed on audit findings, and refresher sessions are conducted with performance tracking.">
  • Performance records are maintained, and data is analyzed critically.">

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written): As this role involves client-facing interactions.">
  • Flexibility to Work in Shifts: Preferably afternoon shifts.">
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages: Essential for this position.">
