Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Coach in leveraging AI tools and cloud technologies effectively. This role is pivotal in accelerating AI adoption by coaching developers, analysts, and leaders, ensuring they can harness the full potential of AI assisted tools and cloud platforms like AWS to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision making. Key Responsibilities: Coach and Train: Deliver hands-on coaching sessions, workshops, and 1:1 mentoring on prompt engineering best practices and AWS application design and development. Enablement Programs: Design and execute enablement programs tailored to different user personas, including cloud-native development tracks. Prompt Optimization: Guide users in crafting effective prompts to improve code generation, documentation, summarization, and task automation. Use Case Development: Collaborate with teams to identify, develop, and scale impactful use cases using AI tools and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.). Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback to continuously improve coaching strategies and influence product enhancements. Metrics & Reporting: Track adoption, usage patterns, and impact metrics to demonstrate value and inform strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI tools. Experience in NodeJS and TypeScript, TDD Proficiency in prompt engineering for code generation, summarization, and task automation. Experience in AWS application design and development, including serverless architectures, microservices, and cloud-native patterns. Familiarity with LLMs, natural language processing, and AI ethics. Coaching & Communication: Experience coaching, mentoring, or training technical and non-technical audiences. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Mindset: Growth-oriented, empathetic, collaborative, and user-centric.
