Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and provide end-to-end support to resolve service-related concerns.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing regular updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Support Services: Provide assistance with account setup, documentation, order processing, and manage escalations to ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on our services to ensure a smooth transition.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations (desired).
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
