Job Title: Relationship Management Specialist

About the Role:

The role of a Relationship Management Specialist is to manage and maintain in-house software systems, ensuring smooth functioning and data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of in-house CRM system.

  • Define and update system logic and workflows within the CRM.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs/issues in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement new features.

  • Ensure integration and proper functioning of calling software within the CRM.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate detailed reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and performance.

  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

  • Monitor data trends to identify areas for improvement.

Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for new recruits.

  • Create user manuals and guides for easy reference.

Data Accuracy and Compliance:

  • Audit CRM data for errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.

  • Implement processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn quickly.

  • Effective team player with adaptability and flexibility.

  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Graduate or higher degree.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in relationship management or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software and excellent communication skills.
