In our organization, we are looking for a skilled Relationship Associate to join our team.
About the RoleA Relationship Associate in Bancassurance is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in relation to insurance products and services offered by our bank. This role involves establishing and maintaining customer relationships, engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, providing information about available insurance products, and offering personalized solutions based on individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with bank customers, engage with them to understand their insurance needs, provide information about available insurance products, and offer personalized solutions based on individual requirements.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance products offered by our bank, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and other relevant insurance solutions.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: The Relationship Associate will actively promote and sell insurance products to bank customers, identify cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer profiles and financial needs, explain the features and benefits of insurance products, address customer queries, and guide customers through the insurance purchasing process.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Design: They will conduct needs analysis for customers to determine their insurance requirements, assess the customer's risk profile, financial goals, and coverage needs, and design suitable insurance solutions that align with the customer's preferences and financial capabilities.
- Documentation and Application Processing: The Relationship Associate will assist customers with the completion of insurance application forms and related documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided by customers, and facilitate the smooth processing of insurance applications.
- Customer Service and Support: They will provide ongoing customer service and support to address inquiries, claims processing, and policy servicing requirements, act as a point of contact for customers throughout the insurance policy lifecycle, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products and services;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
