Job Title: Product Growth Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Product Growth Specialist to drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
  • Presentation of insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field, MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • 4-6 years of total experience with at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB).
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools, hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
