Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle issues, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on warranty coverage, claims, and service processes to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Raise and track warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Offer first-level technical guidance to customers based on their feedback.
  • Follow up with customers until issues are resolved, aiming for high satisfaction rates.
  • Record all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex cases to higher technical support or warranty teams when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: A graduate degree in any field; candidates with an automotive or technical background are preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is beneficial.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is an asset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is advantageous.
