Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring that meets operational needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding process, coordinate induction programs for new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, and address performance-related issues effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment, resolve employee grievances and conflicts, and plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions and skill development programs, and track training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, prepare regular HR reports for management review, maintain confidentiality, and handle employee data ethically.
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures, communicate policies effectively to all employees, monitor adherence, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and company policies.

Skills:

  • HRM software and tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
