Job Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to spearhead campus hiring, lateral recruitments, and talent acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment efforts, collaborate with senior leaders to define requirements and source suitable candidates, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cycle recruitment and talent management activities.
  • Collaborate with Directors to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
