Job Description

A key role in our organization is that of Human Resources Manager, which involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive process transformation and technology enablement.

This strategic position requires leading HR work transitions into regional Global Business Services (GBS) locations, overseeing readiness activities, and coordinating process stabilization post-transition.

The following responsibilities are integral to the success of this role:

  • Developing and implementing transition governance frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance scorecards
  • Supporting change management efforts by participating in communication and training plans at the local level
  • Driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts for GBS HR Operations resources
  • Oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations, ensuring a successful transition of all in-scope activities to respective Regional centers

Required skills and qualifications include 10+ years of experience in HR, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to drive change management efforts, and expertise in HR Operations.
