This is a key role in the human resources function within the organization. The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing various aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, organizational culture and employee engagement, and organizational design and structure.

  • Performance Management:
    • Manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, periodic assessments, and annual calibration with leadership team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
    • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits management:
    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Provide guidance to leadership on salary revisions, manage bonus payouts, and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
    • Job level/grade/designation restructuring experience.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles within the organization.
    • Implement delivery methods including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of technical and soft skills training sessions.
    • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs in enhancing employee performance and productivity.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization to keep employees informed and involved.
    • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Organizational Design and Structure:
    • Assess and design organizational structures that support business goals and improve efficiency.
    • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability within the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
