Job Overview:

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage daily front desk activities, including check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient front desk functions, identifying lapses and rectifying them in real-time.
  • Administer front office tasks daily, implement continuous review and improvement (kaizen), and perform tasks as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Monitor and oversee all guest services daily, identify critical guests, VIP arrivals, meet and greet, and attend guests as necessary.
  • Answer day-to-day inquiries for short-term and long-term stays, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to write professional emails and draft documents, presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrate a strong hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centricity, effective communication, thorough organization, and supervisory skills.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferably in hotel management.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels.
