Job Description:

Attero is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations: Ensure operational excellence in HR operations, focusing on the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  2. Talent Engagement: Foster a diverse, open, and transparent culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  3. Employee Grievances and Violations: Manage employee grievances and violations, including disciplinary actions as required.
  4. Performance Management: Execute the end-to-end performance management process, collaborating with managers, leadership, and the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure regular connections.
  6. Career Development: Manage processes associated with career development, goal setting, internal job rotation, and performance enhancement programs.
  7. Reporting and Metrics: Provide monthly reporting of HR dashboards and ad-hoc business requirements for HR metrics.
  8. Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion at the organizational level.
  9. Compliance: Maintain and enforce compliance with local, state, and central labor laws, overseeing statutory compliance requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other regulatory obligations.
  10. L&D Framework: Support the development and execution of a strategic Learning and Development (L&D) framework to support leadership development, soft skills training, and technical upskilling.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR initiatives at a senior level.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices; exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS, ATS, Payroll System, and MS Office Suite.
