Job Overview:

The Director of Talent Acquisition India will lead recruitment efforts across all verticals, with a focus on IT recruitment. This role involves driving operational efficiency, developing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with The Hiring Company's business goals, focusing on both IT and blue/grey collar sectors.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring. Manage and lead the recruitment team to meet client demands and operational goals.
  • IT Recruitment Expertise: Leverage IT recruitment expertise to guide the team in sourcing and hiring technical talent. Stay updated on IT recruitment trends and implement strategies for sourcing top IT professionals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, offering training and guidance on both IT and non-IT recruitment strategies. Set performance goals, track KPIs, and provide continuous feedback to the recruitment team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth recruitment operations and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in IT recruitment and experience managing large recruitment operations across various sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices in both IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Estimated Salary: ₹12 LPA + incentives, based on experience.
