Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for attending to client phone call enquiries, validating client information, scheduling appointments, and providing tours of our experience centre. As an intermediary between clients and our sales team, you will ensure seamless communication and follow-up with clients to reschedule meetings if needed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters' or bachelor's degree or 2-3 years' experience in client relations
  • Proven record in handling HNI clients in the luxury sector for 2-3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Possession and dedication towards client servicing
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
