Job Title: Payroll Implementation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Expert to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent management and payroll systems to drive business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, system configuration, and data migration techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement system configuration, data migration, and integration plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide training and support to clients on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

About the Role:

  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Candidates should have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
