Rain Industries is seeking an expert in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to join its global IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues and configuration changes related to various SuccessFactors sub-modules, including integration with other systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Implement and integrate SuccessFactors with other systems
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance for users
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues

Must-have skills:

  • Implementation experience in at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Employee Central (EC), Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals Management, Compensation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of integrations within SuccessFactors and third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll
  • 4 years of work experience

Soft skills:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to deliver assigned work packages
