Job DescriptionAs a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving change and growth within our dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees across multiple locations. You will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, internal/external audits, benefits administration, and payroll system/process changes. Additionally, you will review payroll computations to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years of finance experience with a focus on payroll processing.
- Knowledge of financial controls and procedures.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
