Job Title: Payroll Expert

Description:

Elevate payroll processing by ensuring accuracy and timeliness. As a Payroll Trainee, you will be responsible for reviewing timesheets, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review timesheets for precision and completeness
  • Manage the mailbox and respond to queries
  • Maintain data accuracy and identify inconsistencies
  • Process timesheets with attention to detail
  • Communicate special instructions to the payroll team
  • Prepare documentation for invoices
  • Maintain payroll records and confidentiality
  • Collaborate to meet deadlines and support shared goals
  • Follow internal policies related to payroll processing
  • Support the Payroll Supervisor by preparing reports

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or a similar corporate role
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software or ERP systems
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
