As an expert in HR software implementation, you will be responsible for delivering high-level consulting services to organizations on the Employee Central solution. With a strong background in human capital management best practices and experience in cloud-based solutions, you will help clients navigate their employee life cycle management processes and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define organizational requirements and perform analysis between client needs and standard Employee Central functionality
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs that meet industry best practices
  • Configure system settings in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks
  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure seamless system integration
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation and 3 support projects under your belt
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • A strong understanding of employee life cycle management processes in global organizations
  • Experience with master data, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, time-off, and payroll configurations
  • Proficiency in XML data models and hands-on experience with system configuration
