Job Title: Soft Service Manager
Job Summary

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Soft Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of soft services, including housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture.


Key Responsibilities
Manage Soft Services

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building.
  • Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of soft services, including pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to client concerns and issues, providing effective solutions and communication.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and preferences, tailoring soft services to meet their needs.

Operational Management

  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective delivery of soft services.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of soft services, including pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture.

Requirements

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in housekeeping or hospitality, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in soft services management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
