Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with consultants to meet individual targets and earn incentives
* Handle inquiries via phone and email
* Ensure all brand standards are followed
* Manage front desk to ensure clients receive prompt and cordial attention
* Manage front office tasks and guest relations personnel
* Compile statistics for front office and provide reports
* Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, and hygiene
* Prepare efficient work schedules for front office staff
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in hospitality or service industry
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language
* Excellent telephone courtesy and client handling skills
* Routine operations management knowledge
* Highly motivated and result-oriented
* Comfortable with target-based role
* Strong client management skills
* Good looking and presentable
