Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team at R3 Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, handling inquiries, and ensuring that all brand standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants to meet their individual targets and earn incentives.
- Handle inquiries on the phone and via email.
- Ensure that all brand standards are followed.
- Manage the front desk to ensure clients receive prompt and cordial attention.
- Manage front office tasks and guest relations personnel.
- Compile statistics for the front office and provide reports.
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, and hygiene.
- Prepare efficient work schedules for front office staff.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in hospitality or a service industry.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Excellent telephone courtesy and client handling skills.
- Routine operations management knowledge.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with target-based roles.
- Strong client management skills.
- Good looking and presentable.
