Front Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team at R3 Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient front office experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our consulting team to book consultations and ensure targets are met.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure all brand standards are adhered to at all times.
- Manage the front desk to provide exceptional client service and recognition.
- Oversee front office tasks and guest relations personnel.
- Compile statistics and provide reports on front office performance.
- Maintain high standards of conduct, dress, and hygiene at all times.
- Prepare efficient work schedules for front office staff.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong telephone courtesy and client handling skills.
- Routine operations management knowledge.
- High motivation and result-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Strong client management skills.
- Good appearance and presentation.
- Dedication to front office operations.
