Front Desk Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the main entrance of our office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints and provide accurate information.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized, with all necessary materials and equipment readily available.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Respond to inquiries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as necessary.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering as needed.
- Update and maintain accurate records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Customer service orientation and a high school diploma or equivalent.
