The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of store operations, stock management, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Knowledge & Report Analysis: Analyze product information to optimize sales and replenishment strategies.
- Stock Receiving at Store: Prepare stock delivery at the store, organize stock in the stock room, and provide feedback on the delivery process.
- Stock Room Optimization: Maximize space usage within sections, control stock room processes, and maintain high standards.
- Stock Transfer: Control transfers between stores, ensure deadlines are met, and provide feedback on transfer lists.
- Inventory Management: Plan inventory preparation with managers, check stock room tidiness, allocate manpower, and control inventory timelines.
- Floor Operations: Support department managers in running floor operations efficiently, ensuring all floor processes are followed.
- Productivity Enhancement: Support Store Managers in managing store productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
