We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborating closely with the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with subject matter experts.
  • Developing procedural documentation related to business processes.
  • Creating clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Documenting interim and future state processes and workflows.
  • Identifying issues and risks and their recommended resolution or mitigation.
  • Developing process test scripts and coordinating end-to-end process dry run testing.
  • Transitioning business processes to users responsible for ongoing management and operation.
  • Working closely with the change manager to identify how business processes and/or tools may impact the people aspect of change.
  • Meeting defined project deliverables within the identified project timeline and regularly reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analysis-related discipline.
