Job Title: Jewellery Consultant

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Jewellery Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our jewellery products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via calls/email and resolve all post-sale queries
  • Address all customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Any bachelor degree is mandatory
  • MS Office certification/part of curriculum
Desirable Skills:

The following skills would be beneficial in this role:

  • Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, platinum, and silver) would be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication in English (Mandatory)
Experience:

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Freshers with high-level communication skills and a willingness to serve customers are also encouraged to apply.

Location and Working Hours:
  • Job location - Across India
  • Ability to work as per Brand guidelines and set schedules
  • Extended working hours during weekends, festivals, and season time
  • Shift timing - Minimum 9 hours with strict adherence
KRA/KPI:
  • Communicate with the customer via calls/email and resolve all the post-sale queries
  • Addressing all customer queries
  • Following up with the customers
  • Timely responding to the customers
  • Retaining the existing and new customers
  • Coordinate with inter-departmental personnel
  • Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo etc.
