About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Staff member at our K-Beauty Flagship Store.

As a Retail Staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations, inspecting incoming products, and optimizing inventory management.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us from day one in our Gurgaon flagship store powered by the Maccaron app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Inspect incoming products and optimize inventory management
  • Sustain daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes

Role Highlights:

  • Assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions
  • Support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training
  • Contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in beauty, retail, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial (open to entry-level candidates)
  • Passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends
  • Strong communication skills, with a bright and positive attitude
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail staff roles
  • Proximity to Gurugram, Haryana, India is essential
