Position Overview:

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing technical projects, driving deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams. You'll gain valuable experience in project management, including planning, execution, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complex technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in project management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles.
