The Role:

We are seeking a talented Influencer Specialist to lead our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and experience in building successful collaborations with influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive database of top influencers across various categories, covering social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
  • Foster relationships with existing and new influencers, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating expectations.
  • Create campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to manage quality and timely delivery from influencers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of top influencers across categories in India.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement and results.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
  • Experience working in an agency environment, preferably within the past 6-12 months.
  • Ability to analyze trends and data, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers.
