The role requires expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for our digital payment platforms. You will analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives and represent us in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc., by analyzing market trends and preparing strategic reports while working closely with stakeholders.
  • Facilitating coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Supervising and reviewing ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Driving cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contributing to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Promoting innovation within our organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Preparing strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicating insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
