Job Title: Senior Partnership and Outreach Manager
Department: Business Development / Partnerships
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English learning language, literacy-numeracy and teacher coaching products.
- Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective communication skills are essential for conveying the value of our offerings to clients.
- Negotiation skills: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Professional email communication is essential when interacting with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Regular updates to management inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field is required.
- 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach are necessary.
- A strong network across pan India is mandatory.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry is essential.
- Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other business tools is necessary.
- Exploring new opportunities and expanding the clientele are encouraged.
- The ability to work independently and be self-motivated is important.
- A minimum of 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup is required.
- Immediate joiners are welcome.
- Travel as required may be necessary.
