Job Title: Transition Director

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in driving transformation initiatives. As a Transition Director, you will be responsible for leading complex IT transformation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on building and leading high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial in this role, as you will need to align delivery with program objectives and manage expectations among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs, adhering to established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on program status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in successfully delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in application development programs, including projects based on Agile methodology.
