Strategic Equity Sales Leader

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in Equity Sales at Hireginie Talent Cloud Pvt Ltd.
As a key member of our Institutional Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Institutional Sales team to service existing clients and develop new client relationships.
- Drive client engagement by marketing fundamental research reports to institutional clients.
- Leverage insights from research teams to communicate investment ideas to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional investors, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA with 2 - 6 years of experience in Equity Markets, preferably in Sales or Research.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for and solid understanding of Indian Equities and Capital Markets.
- Ability to effectively articulate and write to convey ideas clearly.
- Experience in equity sales or research, with a proven track record in client engagement and servicing.
