Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead the social media growth strategy for India's largest astrology ecosystem.

This role requires a strong grip on paid and organic integration, as well as analytical and creative skills to drive revenue and reach through social channels.

Key performance indicators include brand visibility, community engagement, and measurable revenue via Instagram, YouTube, X, and new platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own social media P&L across all brands
  • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition via social channels
  • Develop 90-day growth roadmaps: revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars
  • Build engaging campaigns & storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments
  • Run performance-driven funnels from social → landing pages → conversions
  • Track core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels
  • Manage and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies
  • Expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups—turn followers into loyal customers
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social with revenue, brand, and employer branding
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years leading social media for high-growth consumer brands
  • Proven track record of growing accounts 100k → 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social
  • Strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins)
  • Analytical and creative in equal measure: Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Ads + killer instincts for viral hooks
  • Excellent at storytelling, positioning, and community engagement
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category
