Lead Social Media Brand Growth

This is a dynamic opportunity to develop and enhance the brand's social media presence and influencer ecosystem.

The role requires scaling the brand's social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach.

This includes ideating and scripting engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience.

Additionally, the role involves participating in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence.

Social media campaigns will be planned and launched to drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.

A key responsibility of the role is analysing and tracking the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media growth strategies
  • Craft and ideate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Participate in video content creation to enhance brand personality
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns to drive marketing objectives
  • Analyse and track campaign performance to inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of social media growth and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
