Transformative HR Leadership

At the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, our organization seeks an exceptional strategic HR leader to spearhead both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards.

This pivotal role demands strong business acumen, data-driven insights, and a collaborative approach to drive organizational growth and success.

  • Partner with senior management to design and deliver people strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent development, leadership, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.

Total Rewards Responsibilities:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies that promote equity, transparency, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with external experts and internal stakeholders to develop market-leading C&B surveys, pay parity reviews, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards, while promoting a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Experience with ESOP programs is highly valued.
  • Strong track record of partnering with business leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Prior MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school is highly desirable.
