Job Description

This role is crucial for identifying new market opportunities, driving product launches, and expanding channel presence in the PCD sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, or Oil & Gas sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets, customer needs, and untapped business opportunities within the PCD sector.
  • New Product Launch Management: Plan and execute successful product launches, from market assessment to go-to-market strategy and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement robust B2B and B2C sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Channel Development and Management: Drive channel sales expansion, including dealer appointment and distributor management.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and achievement.
  • Vacant Area Mapping: Identify and map vacant market areas with high potential for business expansion, developing strategies to penetrate these regions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive long-term business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in FMCG sales, Telecom sales, Automobile sales, or Oil and Gas sales industries.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in channel sales, dealer appointment, and distributor management.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in handling and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficient in conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and analyzing customer needs.
