International Partnerships and Student Mobility Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and nurturing strategic partnerships globally with universities, research institutions, and organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop international partnerships:
    • Nurture existing relationships and establish new ones to enhance the institution's global engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic departments:
    • Align partnership initiatives with the university's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage student mobility programs:
    • Design, implement, and oversee international student mobility programs, including study abroad opportunities, exchange programs, internships, dual degree, twinning, and joint degree programs.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration:
    • Cultivate partnerships between academic departments, admissions, and student affairs to integrate international experiences into the curriculum and student life.
  • Develop assessment mechanisms:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of international partnerships and student mobility programs.
  • Foster budget management:
    • Ensure financial sustainability and accountability for international partnerships and student mobility programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from a reputable institution:
    • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or student-related activities.
  • Specific Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
    • Strong understanding of transnational education and short-term/long-term mobility.
    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
