Key to the success of our net-zero advertising initiative lies in forming strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and alignment.

We are seeking an experienced Partnership & Collaboration Executive who can identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.

The successful candidate will manage and nurture existing partnerships, support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify New Partnerships:
  • • Develop a deep understanding of marketing and sustainability ecosystems to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to explore potential collaborations.
  • Nurture Existing Partnerships:
  • • Foster strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership value.
  • Support Co-Branded Initiatives:
  • • Work closely with external partners to develop and execute co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns.
  • • Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and ESG teams to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive project forward.
  • Track Partnership Performance:
  • • Develop and maintain accurate records of partnership performance metrics.
  • • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • • Stay informed about the latest developments in marketing, sustainability, and climate innovation.
  • • Apply knowledge to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Relationship-Building Skills:
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • • Leverage these relationships to drive business growth and achieve shared goals.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field is required. 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations is preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
